War Council Notes, Month 8, 187
NOTES UPDATE:
====
PLAN DISCUSSIONS:
First, Hallowed Ground rituals in Cordor in Graveyard and Central districts incase they try to land. To prevent being raised and fighting our own former allies.
Second, Holy and Dynjunction Cannonballs. The holy ones to damage their army, and these disjunction balls burst mid air to works in dissipating the fog, in hypothesis.
Third, we hypothesize that the head of the dark pirate crew may be a Devourer, one that harbingers the dead? A fiend of sorts. Yet, when asked, the entity denied this statement.
Fourth, An evacuation plan for Cordor's docks in hopes of preventing adding to the undead army.
-Henry and Ribs suggested that we use places with Underground holdings such as the Colosseum, Archives, and Theater.
-Thoughts of Darrowdeep offered as well by Chancellor.
-One argued this would mean odds of interception in transit.
Fifth, Preparing Anti-Magic Rods to prevent devourer from using any kind of magic if worst comes to worst, and some Holy Weapons.
Sixth, A realization that the ship may be partially planarly displaced, so various mages will ponder the spell Planar Anchor, to temporarily anchor the entity to 'this' plane. Must be used by wizards or bards.

ADDENDUMS AND NOTATIONS:
Aylin noted that the captain was rebuked. Proving the higher odds of this being being at least partially undead.
Trazz'tl offered a proposal some days earlier that the entity of the Kraken keeps the pirate king alive. This is mimicked also by various others during the council who feel the Kraken or the ship may be its Phylactery. Some ponder this bond may also be a curse.
Henry Paternell notes The square offers some artificial borders, between the two fountains, the nearby buildings, the threes. A bunch of chevals well placed could box the undead in and avoid they spill out to the nearby streets.
Quinn proposes an investigation on the captain?s projections. Fog is assumed to be also a system of communication. To this end thusfar Sibayad has a gem from him that may be suitable for a divination ritual as it was provided from his own belongings.
An armored woman notes the ghost ship can absorb others it defeats.
Yasmina notes Protections for those fighting should include negative
energy protections, protections from evil, death ward, and the like, for the GhostFire
A diviner felt She was upon a vision of flame and ruin of the dead, feeding on the living, and she stood amongst the teeth baring at her.
Maya discovers that a True Ghoul amongst their crew was stitched with fabric, holding its bloated form together, like trousers. The symbol of the Karken's tentacles holding a cutlass was on some of the patches. The True Ghoul's infection seems to not only be something that normally afflicts others in a day or so, but does in an accelerated rate. Only a few hours.
We found in the sewers during an attack, that the undead 'ate' parts of 100 guards, smaller bites, for some sensation of fulfillment.
