Ulvric Wolfhide - Enemy of Sibayad

The Malarite Lycanthrope known as Ulvric Wolfhide, also called Fenris Duskwood, has assaulted one of our own.

Lord Herald Sinaid Ruharin was attacked by Ulvric based solely on unfounded assumptions and accusations, without any attempt at proper inquiry or diplomatic resolution.

Ulvric, who resides alongside his Lycan and Sharran allies in the fortress outside Sibayad, and who was previously declared an exile of our city, is hereby formally named an enemy of Sibayad and a direct threat to our people.

Should he or any member of his pack be encountered, they are to be slain on sight. Actions bear consequences, and these are the consequences for striking against our own.
