Tensions between Andunor and settlements upon island of Arelith have increased within last few months. Sibayad is hub of trade and our island is located in relative distance to heart of strife, however, I know our peoples conduct trade near and far to these places.

Take specific care visiting City of Guldorand or Andunor, or their surrounding regions.

If Sibayad Arbiters should chance upon clashes or threat there-of, they are to remove themselves from the scene.
