Trading Caravan in the Woods (Painting)

From Encyclopedia Arelithica 3.0

This is a painting of the Arelithian Trade Road. A well travelled person might identify it as the nothern end of the Bramble Woods, just south of the Mayfields Junction. A group of traders are moving along the road, with two oxen drawn wagons laden with crates, barrels, sacks and baskets of fruit. Around the wagons is a wide assortment of people. A halfling sits on the end of the first wagon, a lute in hand, fingers on the strings. A dwarf rides the front of the wagon, hands holding the oxen's reigns. An armored human walks beside the wagon, a great two handed blade strapped across his back. Other figures dot the scene, mostly humans, all of them rather carefree as they walk along or ride with the wagons. If that is all that is looked at, the painting seems rather tranquil and peaceful. If one looks into the treeline, there are faces there. An elven face peers out over there. An Elf crouches in the brush, bow in hand, eyes intent on the wagons. There, a halfling in the woods, his blond hair blending with a tree's bark. The painting is labelled "Vigilance against those who would stem trade"

At the bottom right corner, instead of a signature is a small white hare with a hare-sized bow and arrow at its feet.
