Tome of Grond, Vol. I
Written by: Vippin
Tome I: Ranks
Vippin, the Tyrant, does hereby ordain these words, written by his own claw, carried out with utmost severity and brutality, to be law. This Eternal Constitution is to be read and owned by all Citizens of Urblexis Grond.
Section I: Tyrant
The Tyrant is the Absolute Power of Urblexis Grond. His word is LAW, and he is given free rein to do ANYTHING in Grond, which rightly belongs to HIM. He is a Dictator that keeps the Settlement running at all times.
Subsection II: Corruption
[This section has only a few words, but seems to have been scribbled out]
Subsection III: Other
The Tyrant is immune to all laws and punishments, and cannot be questioned. He is essentially omniscient and omnipotent in regards to Grond when this Doctrine and Tomes are followed properly.
Section II: The Triad
The Triad is the Tyrant's personal cadre of Top Advisors. They all must possess vast personal power, as well as wisdom and immense knowledge of their assigned subject matter.
Subsection I: Warlord
The Warlord is the Tyrant's top advisor on military and tactical matters. He must be an able Warrior, and have extensive combat and command experience. He commands the Military (primarily the Warbosses) in accordance with the Tyrant's general directives, and ensures that supplies and equipment are successfully requisitioned.
Subsection II: Coinlord
The Coinlord is the Tyrant's top advisor on economic and tax-related matters. He must be an able Merchant, and have both extensive combat and mercantile experience. He regulates Trade in accordance with the Tyrant's general directives, and ensures that Grond's Treasury remains high.
Subsection III: Broodlord
The Broodlord is the Tyrant's top advisor on societal and miscellaneous matters. He must be an able Magus, and have both extensive combat and negotiating/torture experience. He reports on any worrying events, and ensures that tranquility and fear are maintained.
Subsection IV: Universal Triad Duties
All members of the Triad must be prepared and capable to rule over the settlement of Urblexis Grond at any time in the Tyrant's absence. Their abilities are to be nearly as extensive as the Tyrant's. If, at any time, the Triad as a whole, or individually cause fragmentation, overstep their Directives, or commit the crime of Treason, they will be remotely executed by means that are not permitted to be documented.
Section III: Warboss
The Warbosses are the Chieftains' direct superiors. Two are to be in power at all times, and no more. They are to command the Military on a Strategic level, in terms of general attack plans, defensive maneuvers, etc.
Section IV: Chieftain
The Chieftains are the Warriors' direct superiors. Five are to be in power at all times, and no more. They are to command the Military on a Tactical level, in terms of specific Warriors' actions, directives, and orders.
Section V: Warrior
The Warriors are Grond's backbone, and are commanded by all above them. They have marginally more rights than Citizens.
