WHEREIN IT IS ACKNOLWEDGED: Treason Wael of House Sh'yalva attempted to dissuade the Mountainfather in his defense of Andunor's holding

WHEREIN IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED: The Mountainfather's alliance is critical to the defense of Andunor against invasion from the piratical lich

AND ALSO: The Mountainfather has proven effective against the lich's predations, so as to warrant further cooperation.

THEREFORE,

The Tyrant of the Sharps, Bonefather Drogan,

HEREBY DECREES: Treason Wael is to be SLAIN and proof of her EXECUTION is to be brought before a representative of the Sharps as tribute.

IN ADDITION -

Any who act in defense of Treason Wael, or act against the interests of Andunor's safety in this time of trial, are to meet the SAME FATE of EXECUTION.
