Slaver's Tower Blown Up

A Legion Officer of Gracklstaugh, Duergar of Greyport knocked on my door in the Sharps Theater asking me where Matron Velolin Virak was. I asked those in the Hub and they said she went to speak with the Legion.

I went to the Embassy and she still wasn?t there, so I ran back to the Hub and asked Lilith Vensurai if she knew a Scryer to locate the Matron for me, and she found her at the Slaver?s Tower with magical sight.

Lilith said she saw Lich Captain Krakscragger outside the Slaver's Tower with her. Dinfein and eventually Johnathan Rigsby showed up to the Tower with me.

We saw the Visage of Krakscragger holding a blade to Matron Velolin?s neck. He said he was going to blow up the Slaver?s Tower, and advised we run away. Massive explosions leveled the tower from his large vessel?s weaponry and we escaped just in time.

Krakscragger made it clear before blowing up the tower that it was so he could destroy what was keeping the Alhoons at bay. With that gone, he intends to control them and amass a larger army of Undead.

We later learned that the Lich Captain and his Undead are able to detect scrying and understand Drow Sign, possibly other languages. It should be known that his ship has "overwhelming firepower, six decks, eighteen ports on each size.. and six masts."

Back at the Embassy, the Legion said to tell of the Alhoons to the Arcanum.
