The Council has voted against my proposal. In councilor Mayeralya's words, "It is too much like laws." I whole-heartedly disagreed with much vigor. Of course, the 1st Knight had my back (as he has always) but Coronal Shallifil has sided with his councilors. There shall be no official LIST of Offenses.
My proposal (for the record here) was thus:
It is not enough to list the names of the the Dhaerrow, enemies and traitors to Myon. We need be clear in our reasons for -why- we mark our enemies enemies. As it is the responsibility of the Captain of the Guard to keep accurate lists of Myon's enemies or those working with Myon's enemies, I have boiled down to a list of nine (9) offences that have historically resulted in someone being either exiled from Myon, marked Dhaerror or traitor.
The list is as follows in the order of most to least offensive:
(1) Attacked, Threatened or Willingly Endangered Myon, Myon Citizens or Tel'Quessir. (Includes Intent)
(2) Collusion w/ Drow or Monstrous Race
(3) Collusion w/ Dark or Evil Religious Orders
(4) Collusion w/ Enemies of Myon
(5) Practicing Necromancy, Animation or Dark Arts
(6) Willing Lycanthrope or Perpetuating Lycanthropy
(7) Malicious acts resulting in harm to Myon, its friends or allies. (Includes Intent) (Includes Banditry)
(8) Malicious acts in direct opposition to Myon-Interests or Objectives (Includes Intent)
(9) Repeat / Blatant Refusal to altar behaviors after sufficient warnings from Myon officials or repeat refusal to abide official posted notices and official signage.
