Request from the Vice Chancellor to the Palace Trade Scribes

To our hardworking scribes and bureaucrats,

I would like to offically and humbly request that Treasurer-Sergeant Cinder's Char be given access to the Trade House records, and an adjacent records that he requires.

He's conducting an investigation into the Rebels, and it would be immensely useful to be able to peek at various money trails, as part of a tip off we received.
