Issued by Order of the Office of the Vice-Sheriff of Guldorand
Under authority of the Founders' Charter and the Criminal Laws of the Republic.

Licit, formerly Garrison Marshal of the Guldorand Garrison
Formerly recognized officer of the Republic.

Grounds for Warrant

Credible, repeated, and corroborated accounts have confirmed that the former Marshal has engaged in the following unlawful acts:

1. Dissemination of Garrison Intelligence

Providing information regarding the strength, composition, routines, and operational readiness of the Garrison to Underdark-aligned forces.

2. Conspiracy with Hostile Entities

Maintaining continued presence among Underdarkers and participating in their operations against surface interests.

3. Acts of Piracy

Assisting enemies of the state in aggression against Amnian vessels, constituting piracy against sovereign vessels.

These actions directly violate the Charter's mandates concerning the defense of the Republic and constitute a High Crime of Treason.

---Declaration of Status---

Effective immediately, Licit is stripped of all rank, authority, insignia, privilege, and standing once held within the Guldorand Garrison.

She is hereby declared:

A Fugitive of the Republic
Wanted for High Treason
Subject to Arrest Upon Sight

Her prior service does not mitigate the severity of her betrayal, nor absolve her participation in actions hostile to the Republic's security and its allies.

---Order of Apprehension---

Constables, Garrison soldiers, and City-Officials are hereby ordered:

To apprehend the fugitive immediately upon entry into Guldorand jurisdiction, to detain her using whatever force is necessary for secure capture, and to deliver her to the Garrison Holding Cells for interrogation and sentencing.

No rights of rank or prior office apply.
No appeals are recognized until she is in lawful custody.
