Regarding the Banners of Tor'Urden

I have noticed that House Tor'Urden planted their banners infront of the bridge at the entrance of the Devil's Table District, and the District itself.

I write this notice and put this on your door to declare- that you may put your banners and present yourselves as though you are part of the district, WHEN you officially declare yourselves to be allied to us, not before.

Until then, only the banner infront of your Manor may remain. If you wish to discuss the matter, or decide to declare your allegiance to the Devil's Table District concretely, we may see to the re-decoration of our district, and raise our banners together.

P.S. I had attempted to put all of the retrieved banners infront of your manor, but the two of them simply...dissipated from existence. For this, I show apology, and would see to their reimbursement through coin or extra banners.
