It is with a heavy heart I once more contact the citizens of Sibayad and its ruling council, for I had hoped that our last conflict would've ended it.
Once more, The rulers of Sibayad has chosen to provoke our pack for their own benefit, bringing a renewed conflict to your streets.
Ullurk, with the blessing of Eduard, Vestelle, Sinaid and Zelsamir have hired thieves to break into our quarters and steal from us once more.
They were smarter than last time, as they did not ask Bell to do it, however a Lycan is a hunter - having tracked down items stolen from Snarl and returning them to him over a year ago is proof enough of my abilities to track down thieves and punish them accordingly.

I have no intention of letting it go this time, the last time Eduard and his pack taunted us, invaded our home and stole from us, all we asked in turn as far as peace treaty goes is for them to leave us alone - and we would do such as well.

When They Exiled Nieri on false grounds and she sought shelter among the Warborn and retaliation was talked about I argued for pacifying actions instead of violence - offer equal terms to what they forced upon Nieri rather than bring violence to your streets.

- Eduard and his pack is to step down as settlement leaders of Sibayad, and not involve themselves for at least half a year with the ruling of the settlement
- Eduards pack is to pay reparations of the value of five million coins to the pack for their repeat violation of peace agreements, invasion of our home and the killing of pack members previously.
- Eduard and his entire pack is to agree to be placed under a Geas alongside my lycan pack where we swear to not antagonize eachother either directly or indirectly via third parties, and if we hear of any plots against one another, we are to inform the other party of such.
The packs stance is the same as before;
We do not wish to deal with Eduard or his pack, we have no quarrel with Sibayad.
Eduard and his pack keeps antagonizing us, it is up to the people now wether you will accept such an leaders to risk pulling the wrath of the underdark upon your doorstep, who keeps antagonizing our pack as all we want is peace, who keeps double-dealing with various settlements stirring up shaite on behalf of his wife and her ilk.
Our reasons for this have now been stated clearly, what happens next is up to them, and the citizens of Sibayad.
