OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT BANISHMENT OF THE SHARPS by Eduard Helbrecht

People of Sibayad,

On this day, an armed party of the Sharps struck in a cowardly manner, entering our lands under threat and false claim, committing violence upon Sibayadi soil against Sibayadi people.

They attempted to justify their aggression with lies: that we sought to start a war; that we sought to cause division between Devil's Table and the Sharps; and that a private conversation regarding the Saltspar ferry bid was an "act of war."

This is false. We placed no bid, and we stated we would not bid. They wanted us to bow to them. We will not.

STATE OF WAR

Sibayad is hereby in a state of war with the Sharps.

Effective immediately:

THE SHARPS ARE UNWELCOME.

All members and affiliates of the Sharps are hereby banished from Sibayad. Any such person found within our bounds is to be treated as hostile and removed at once. Any individual acting suspiciously, or known to affiliate with the Sharps, may likewise be removed.

TRAVEL ORDER.

For their own safety, no citizen of Sibayad is to travel to Andunor, aside from Gnolls, Minotaurs and Kenku.

In the time to come, no member of the Sharps may partake in any Sibayadi events. This includes our upcoming tournament.

We are looking for mercenaries to assist us in defending our home. Speak with us about a contract and pay for your services.

In the coming days, Exiles and Pariah Notices will be submitted to the main culprits. These warmongers have no place here. Other Andunorians may prove to us they come in peace and we will gladly open the gates to you.
