Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Disbanded

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is an institution that I previously served as the head of for the first year of this the Katernin administration.

It is awkward and ineffective. It overlaps with the authority of the Eyes and the authority of the Interior Ministry. It is pointless and useless.

I have much respect for the former minister Alexandra Kerras and will be investigating other ways for her to be useful to Cordor, but the Minister of Foreign Affairs is not her path.

Her departure from the Cabinet saddens me and I wish there were more responsibilities for us that her presence would be required. I will be investigating alternative positions for her.

I am pragmatic and do not believe in hiring people pointlessly, however. Until such a time comes, Alexandra Kerras has been asked to resign from her position and she has agreed.

We thank her for her service. In the next tenday or so I will be reevaluating and redefining the responsibilities of each and every division under the Cabinet.
