Guldorand Emergency Conduct Act

During any declared state of emergency within Guldorand, all citizens, residents, and visitors shall make their persons plainly visible to the Constabulary and Garrison when ordered.

A state of emergency shall be considered in effect when the city bell is rung continuously or when official signage stating "Emergency" has been placed by order of city officials.

During such times, no person shall conceal themselves via facial covering, mask, hood, veil, or any other concealment methods that hide ones heritage.

Constables and other officials are empowered to:

-Order any person to remove such covering immediately.

-Order their temporary departure from the city until the emergency is lifted.

Failure to comply with such an order shall begin with Misdemeanor charges under Failure to Comply, punishable by fine or detainment as deemed necessary for public safety. Any continued refusal to comply will result in further charges up to Felony under Treason.

This law shall apply only for the duration of the declared emergency and shall not otherwise restrict  when no emergency is in effect.
