From the Portmaster - On Sibayad and recent conflicts

Recently, there has been conflict between Ulvric Wolfhide's pack, who are citizens of the Sharps and who live in the property known as the Desert Fort near Sibayad, and the elected leadership of Sibayad, which resulted in ongoing hostilities between folk of Andunor and Sibayad.

To restrain the conflict, measures were taken by the leaders of all Andunorian Districts to restrict movement of citizens between Andunor and Sibayad.

WIth the passage of time and the intervention of relevant authorities, an agreement of non-aggression was reached between the Lycan Pack and the Leadership of Sibayad.

Upon hearing this, I travelled to Sibayad personally and spoke with the Vizier, after reading signed and sealed notes from Ulvric Wolfhide and Eduard Helbrecht outlining the agreement and the terms.

After some discussion, we came to an agreement for ongoing terms to shape the relationship between our settlements, which are shared here in a separate message.
