From the Desk of the Chancellor: Absent Lease Holders

As I look around at several the leases of this city, I am ashamed by some of the names I see.  Why?  Because I have no idea who they are.  I do make it a priority to get around the city at various times during the tenday, and I have not seen a number of these names in a while (and sometimes, never).

If your name is above, you have two options.  1. Release the property you own, or it will be done for you.  2.  Prove (to me or one of the other three Ministers) that you will use the property in a useful manner that will contribute to this city.  

Cordor has no time for people who merely wish to use Her and not give back.  Cordor and its citizens are in a symbiotic relationship, not a parasitic one.  Consider this your first and only warning.
