Festival of the Arts
To all folks of the Fair City
I would like to extend an invitation to all kin to participate in a grand festival celebrating the arts. Wheter you can sing, paint, write, or just want to learn more, there will be something for everyone to do.
If you are a painter or sculptor, limited supplies will be provided thanks to the generosity of Coronal Ren. Paper will also be provided for poets and songwriters
The festival will take place in the Twilight Grove, refreshments provided, at the beginning of Uktar

{Myon} Gathering of Kin and Council
It has been wonderful this last year to see so many kin amongst us. The streets are bustling, and while there are times when we are all in reverie we have seen dozens of kin attending events and just visiting.
Once more I feel it is time for a gathering in the Council Chambers at the top of the Twilight Tower. We will hold the gathering on the second tenday of Uktar.
All kin are welcome to join us as we discuss the current happenings in Myon, as well as where we wish the city to go from here. If you have any concerns you would like to bring up at the Council, please seek our Speakers or leave a note on the Council door, and we will speak on it.
There will be food and refreshments and a celebration at the Golden Grape afterwards.

Gentleman's Hunt
Wyn will be hosting a gathering for the many elven males living here in the Fair City three tendays from now. All are welcome to attend regardless of social status to relax and enjoy the company of our brothers. Dame Renari will be hosting a separate night for the females at the same time so that they won't bother us. We will be gathering at The Lounge located within the Twilight Tower and decide what to hunt then.

Regular Sentinels Training
Citizens of the Fair City,
The Sentinels will be organising regular training every two months at the Arcane Tower dueling grounds.
Training is more efficient with diversity. Therefore any who wish to join us and practice their combat skill are welcome.
Feel free to join us directly at the dueling grounds, at the top of the Arcane Tower.

Rite of the Black Candle - Call to all Kin
To all Kin of The People, the Tel Quessir.
Wyn, Landskeeper of Myon and myself Archdruid Dregan the Green, call forth any and all who can attend to come and bear forth witness for our lost and departed Kin. This Rite, is to be held in just over 2 months, on the 25th of Ches, within the First level of the Lye.
Gathering together all kin, we will sing together of the dead, and mourn them, as has not been done for ages. This Rite is to be given, to give all Kin the chance to name their loved ones past, to have other kin know of their names, and deeds, and to recognize and mourn together their passing with love.
Any Kin wishing to take part in this rite, will be provided the opportunity to speak, and we also ask for any who wish to sing as Mourning Voices, those who will sing to those present in reverence of this.
The attire, that is asked, is for those in attendance to wear black, in honor and recognition of those who have died, and those who have passed, to know their sorrow.
Should any wish to be Mourning Voices and participate, please seek myself or Wyn out and speak with us directly.

A Call to all Druids - Update
This tenday, Myself, Cailo and Burin set out to head up the slopes of the Crag to investigate again the imbalance upon the Mountain looming over the Crag.
Once reaching the mouth of the Temple, the Stonehold, we again felt the taint of the balance that has run amuk. While it has been quelled somewhat, there will need to be more done to maintain it's balance and reduce the imbalance created.
As such, I will be leading another Naturewalk, In 3 months, to the same slopes to repeat this call for balance and conduct another Rite of Land Restoration, and I would call all druids available to come forth to attend.
This needs be a strong gathering, to bring together those of many walks of life and combine your efforts, to cleanse this area, and restore it to balance.
This Rite needs those strong in their connections to the balance and to this world, to bring it back and keep it from spreading again down the hills, into the crags, and past the borders of this abyssaly affected land.
We will meet in the Heartwood again, and walk East, through the spider cave and to the crag itself together. We will meet at noon, on the 7th of Tarsakh, and begin travelling set to arrive at dusk on Tarsakh to begin the Rite.
I hope all those who defend the balance can join us, and venture there to help restore this place and bring balance to it's taint.

{Myon} Honouring the Forest Hunter
Dear citizens of Myon,
We will be holding a ceremony in the honour of Solonor Thelandira the Forest Hunter on the 10th of Hammer 168.
For this new year, we wish all kin to benefit from the wisdom and patience of the Keen Eye. May his watch provide peace to the Fair City.
To celebrate Solonor we will organise a great hunt through the forest. The hunt will be followed by a ceremony for the Hunter. Refreshments will then be provided in the gardens.
We hope you can all join us for the ceremony.

Council Gathering Notes - 6th Uktar, 167 AR - Foreword
FOREWORD
A Council Gathering was called for the 6th of Uktar, 167AR, by Coronal Ren Engevetelyn.
Gathered were the Coronal herself, her council members of Bladekeeper Ivy, Lorekeeper Shandalar, Landkeeper Wyn, Knight Buppi, and Knight Renari. Various Sentinels, citizens, and elves from other cities joined in as well. Due to the number of topics, each was allowed three questions from the gathered for interest of time.

FOREST GROVE
The first topic was the neighboring grove and the rumours pertaining to it. The Coronal voiced that the rumouring caused by various figures has been clarified. There is no desire for war with the grove.
Further, Burin of the grove and the Coronal agreed that only those of the Zurkhwood grove may be brought to discuss matters with their sister grove. They are to be teleported in, and teleported out. Those found roaming the forest will be dealt with as normal.
A question regarding how this might affect those of the Black Archer was brought up. As Myon holds no official organization of his followers, they are free to act as their lord bids. It would be for the grove to handle.
TYNE
The pixie known as Tyne has been banished and declared an enemy of Myon. Tyne has attempted to take the life of Sir Buppi and Coronal Ren after a discussion regarding telling of mistruths and twisting histories.
As Tyne is able to skirt around guards, a formal exile will not be used as it is just a waste of resources. Tyne is to be slain if found within the forest.
A question regarding who should slay the pixie came up. The command to do so is directed to the Knights and Sentinels, though if an elf chooses to do so it will be met with gratitude. However, there is no expectation or desire for any to risk their lives.
Further questioning was brought up on Tyne's reason for such, in which the Coronal explained. Sir Buppi gave an account of the account involving the Lovewood and Archfeys, to clarify that situation.

ELARIA MALTANTHIR
Elaria Maltanthir has been announced as an abomination in the eyes of the Seldarine, and that it is the duty of Myon and her people to see such destroyed.
In order to respect the wishes of the other towns and cities, she is allowed in the Golden Halls, Bendir, Cordor, and Guldorand. While she will not be hunted on these grounds, she shall be in the forest or neutral grounds.
She has animated in the past, yet has sworn off doing so in the recent years. It is hoped that she will one day choose to cleanse herself and return as kindred.
It was questioned if she has been offered a chance to cleanse herself. The answer was yes, she has been offered. Elaria chooses this path to be closer to her human god, Jergal.
A question was raised if it was even possible to cleanse someone who has taken unlife into themselves. The answer was that to cleanse them would require the death of the person, to cleanse them and return them to the elven cycle.
A final question was asked how she would be able to seek cleansing and redemption if she is hunted. It was explained there are many methods to reach out, from messenger services to parties such as the Gauntlet who are aware of the situation, to notify Myon of such developments.
To further clarify. All elves are of the cycle. When they pass west, they are returned to the Seldarine for a time then reborn. To defile the body given by the Seldarine for a human god causes said person to fall from the cycle. To do so as this is done is seen as an abomination to the Seldarine, a great sin.
ESTA
Notices have been posted in every town regarding this drow. Esta is a drow of the Maiden, as confirmed by High Priestess Lunelle. However, this drow has been asked to stay below until said tests could be done and broke her word to do so. She was also told to stay away from public areas and elves.

She instead wanders the surface, goes to public spaces, and has touched elven people. She will be slain for such, and any who defend her in battle will meet the same fate.
There was a lot of back and forth on this issue, and that she has been found about the Arcane Tower.
Lilith, another drow, briefly came up. She is a drow who claims to be a Paladin of Corellon and has access to the wagon by the Radiant Heart Keep.
GALEN & ELEARNAWEN
After the knighting ceremony, Galen and Elearnawen decided to start a slander campaign against the People of Myon. This includes insulting elves who wished to go to Myon, and making up lies.
Galen went so far as to suggest Myon wanted war with the grove, Bendir, the Gauntlet, and Guldorand.
Elearnawen, in a rage, casted a dozen or two high level healing spells on the Coronal. This is normally fine in low amounts, however when used improperly it can lead to illness and growths.
There is no excuse to cast magic on a kindred in rage, especially after being asked to stop.
Elearnawen was asked to leave the city twenty days after she was asked to stop causing strife, informed she would be stopped and subdued if she continued into the city. She continued into the city and Sir Buppi subdued. She then got up and continued on, in which she ignored more attempts to stop her. She was unfortunately slain.
The case of this death is being investigated by Landkeeper Wyn, High Priestess Lunelle, and Knight Renari.
Elearnawen returned to the city sometime after, even unwelcomed now, and continued to slander. It was with a heavy heart that Coronal Ren then banished her, giving her a month's time to collect her things.
For Galen, he had sworn an oath to cease his slandering. He was found a tenday later in bendir slandering still. For such, he is unwelcomed, but not banished as of yet.
Both will be given methods of returning soon.

NOSTALFAY
There have been many rumours regarding this house, from accusations of rejoicing in the slaying of elves, to housing black dragons, and crimes against the people.
The accusations and rumours were investigated and all found baseless. More fault was found in previous administrations instead.
The accusations and denouncements have been dropped, the Nostalfay are welcomed in Myon.
Dregan Young took this time to apologize to House Nostalfay regarding one of these issues.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The council will have chambers within the library of the Twilight Tower, formerly the location of the Sentinel's Rest. The Sentinel's will be given Ren's current residence in the trade district to be used as a barracks. If you need to leave a message to either, both will now have locations to do so.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Landkeeper Wyn will be hosting a gathering to honour the Great Arrow with Bladekeeper Ivy. It will occur in roughly two months.
He further spoke of a gathering to mourn the loss of kindred, be they left the isle for home or their actions took them out of the cycle.
Dregan of the Grove spoke that they will be hosting more nature walks to further knowledge of the land, and ward off disturbances to the balance. These will be held more regularly in different regions of the isle.
Milanaith Nostalfay will be hosting a sermon in Myon on the tenth of Hammer, in the evening. High Priestess Lunelle will be sharing words as well, and food and drink will be provided after for gathering and exchanging words.
The Sentinels will be hosting a city defensive training soon, to engage in sparring and learning of combative tactics.
All events will be posted in time on the relevant boards.
