Do not force Azalin to step down

Greetings, Archmage, and whomever this may concern. I write this as a personal account of Azalin's character and fruitful endeavors, in hopes of seeing him continue on with his work. It was he, who put in such planning and work to provide the Tower with the mithral golems that ensure its protection at all hours of the day. It was he, who took the time out of his day to repair my mangled hands in his laboratory when he had countless other projects at once.

I do not know even a fraction of all his contributions, but I humbly believe that forcing out the man with a decade's knowledge of the Tower's methodology is a mistake. I've witnessed him handle tense altercations with a level head and the experience demonstrative of someone that has the fortitude to handle being Steward. As someone that has spoken at length with him, I can vouch for his creativity and his command of the Weave.
