Dismissal of Admiral Cruz

Admiral Cruz has been dismissed from the Cordorian Navy today due to numerous issues relating to abuse of power, verbal and physical assaults to Cordorian citizens, and general insubordination.  A replacement is not yet named but will be in a tenday or so.
