It is true.

I will confess to the accusations levied against me by Archpriestess Xilvyrae and Archduchess Xullthara. Archduchess Xullthara is one of Andunor's most prolific scriers, and nothing escapes her sight or knowledge; she's kept Xilvyrae informed of my every move.

I've placed doppleganger minions in Tyrant Drogan's innermost circle, who killed his most trusted advisors and took their shape to replace them - I was waiting for the best moment to strike and have them assassinate him, but thanks to information by Xullthara, the wise Xilvyrae saw through my plans and prevented it at the last moment.

I've seduced all the vampires in Andunor and the Surface, simultaneously becoming their thrall and addicting them to my blood, before doing unspeakable acts with them in the most depraved of fashion.

I killed my own daughter, who I had birthed by temporarily possessing the body of my cousin, solely to revive the free human retainer Halisstra in the most foul of rituals - because although a bag of diamond dust and any living being would've sufficed to revive a simple dead human, I'm terrible at economics.

What Xilvyrae forgot to mention is that I am actually a Rakshasa pretending to be an Ilythiiri. That is in fact how I've seduced all the vampires of Arelith. It is how I hold close ties to Yugoloths and other fiends.

I will reveal it now, since Xilvyrae has already discovered it but hasn't yet decided to reveal it publicly: My ultimate goal was to sell the souls of all mortals, especially Ilythiiri, to Lower Plane fiends on all sides in the Blood War!

Archduchess Xullthara has chosen well to appoint Xilvyrae as an official member of the Devil's Table administration and to maintain her as such - letting her speak on official basis and backing her with her silent admission.

Together, the notoriously level-headed Xullthara - who never lets her emotions get the better of her and always acts reasonably, and the wise and brilliant minded Xilvyrae, are a power duo that shall bring glory to the Devil's Table. This is already apparent in the numerous events hosted by the district, and its ever increasing levels of citizen participation.
