Collared Castemont in the Radiant Heart - 175 AR

At some point during Thomas Castemont's term as SAD BOY SLAVE, I wandered up into the Radiant Heart to crack open the locks of the Gauntlet Headquarters, which I'd done a couple times previously.

When I walked into the main atrium, I looked left. Beyond the Gauntlet's front door, near the enchantment basin, I saw SAD BOY Thomas Castemont speaking to Validus Monachum, who owns the Ptarian Order's quarter within the Radiant Heart hold.

I finished RIGHTFULLY APPROPRIATING the paladin's goods, and left back to Andunor. It was then I spoke with Merzyr Hel'vael, 'First Male' of the House.

He agreed with me in saying that this was a problem, a COLLARED PALADIN able to just FREELY walk topside and talk to other paladins. In this conversation he told me he'd bring it up with them and argue his and my points.

He told me some days later that the Matron(s) believe it's all under their control, and that they have a firm hold on the situation. Shortly after, Thomas Castemont was FREED in some undetermined way, who the Matrons now claim is the work of some ANONYMOUS CHAINBREAKER operating in the city.
