Case Log: Kemml the Alchemist (Supplemental) Submitted by Hound Colomus

This is an excerpt from an incident report from a Halruaan mage hound hunting for a serial Rogue magician The full of the case describes a horrific Transmuter using presumably vile Transmutation magics to warp the flesh of unwilling subjects:

Regarding the last victim of Kemml the Shaper , whom he had attempted to force into an artificially created and transmuted body , they regrettably had to be ended due to the permanent anguish which they had suffered as a  result of their soul being forced into a misshapen form.  

A merciful ending was given to said victim, and my pack still hunts for this vile renegade. I will confess freely some harm may have been suffered by the victim due to my pack's interruption of their transmogrification.
