Candidate Valencia Cruz

Valencia Cruz was interviewed by Captain Savol Corthala while myself, Lieutenant Conlan Lani'aela, Sergeant Cei Mornshield, and Mister Peram Flint watched.

During the interview, she talked of her accomplishments prior to now.  During the course of the interview, she seemed overly vague, and needed to be pressed for details.  Additionally, she told a tale about how she, during her time as an Amnian Privateer, dealt with Mulhorandi Slavers in Amnian waters who had captured a member of her crew.  This tale was proven to be impossible since, due to the geographic location of Mulhorand, it is impossible for them to have a ship in Amnian waters.  During the tale she also spoke of how her hands were tied with them due to the fact that slavery is legal in Amn.  This is not the case as I know for a fact, being from just north of Amn and with trade from Amn being a large economic staple of my town (Beregost), that slavery is very illegal in Amn.

Due to these reasons ascertained from the interview, and the Cordor Guard's previous history with the candidate; I, Peacekeeper Mather Alias, do not recommend Valencia Cruz for a cabinet position.
