wishes to work with standing arcane groups in continuing education and working with lawmakers in the Pax to pass laws that fit his view for enforcement.

When told any laws such had no jurisdiction outside the Pax, he seemed disappointed, and agreed to the Kingdom only then..

While his wording and terms mirrored what the Scrolls Magebond had tried to put into law across the isle, he doesnt have the fanaticism in his eyes shared by Paige and the others. A somewhat lite or subdued version.

He also supports festivals and mage faires to education the common public on magic in generals both good and bad, and makeing the city a spot for the arcane to do research and explore the weave within limits.

I would recommend a close eye as he settles in if chosen, just to mae sure he is bereft of past influences, that may appear once he be known to have a posting.

As such, his office funding be compartmentalized and only granted with proper procedure under the Chancellors perview for individual events and sessions. This would keep access from any potential outside influence to funding for private crusades in check.

He stated that any laws put into place would be able for enforcement by the guard, no special force needed.

As my magic knowledge is limited to breaking magics, i defer to the Chancellor in her field of expertise in making her choice for this position.
