BLACK HAND's Ruling on: Interference with the Mountainfather
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT
The Sharps finds Treason Weal, Zrada Sh'yalva, and Akoryn of House Sh'yalva guilty of interfering in a military operation vital to the safety of Andunor. They did knowingly and willingly attempt to dissuade the Mountainfather from honoring his oath to aid the City in its defense against the predations of the Lich Captain.
This ruling is rendered upon ample witness testimony and sworn affidavits provided by ranking officials of our ally, the Devil's Table.
Such interference is more than sufficient to mark the three so named as enemies of the Sharps. They shall suffer our wrath in full.
Accordingly, the Matron of House Sh'yalva is hereby summoned to account for her House before the Black Hand, prior to any ruling on prospective large-scale action against them.
Where Indis (formerly of House Virak, lately of House Valene, and now of no House) is concerned: there is insufficient evidence to name her an enemy of this district, though her actions on that day did little to speak well of her intent.
Her recent conflict with members of the Government of the Table afterwards is another matter, and outside the purview of this investigation. It is so decreed that we leave it to might to decide the matter.
Indis, and any who stand with her, may face the Archduchess and her allies should they wish. The Sharps will not rise in that conflict, but will keep to the ways of Hate and Iron.
Suffering to the Vanquished.
