A lighthouse ballad, by Wisp

From Encyclopedia Arelithica 3.0

(The handwriting is light and wispy, difficult to see without strong light, or good vision in dimmer areas)

Deep in shadow
Where shades roam
Not too long ago
Five went to a catacomb

Drow, stately, dark and lithe
Mad maid ready with her spider
Two mages, sword and staff
And a wisp, their admirer

Off they traveled on the path
Along coast, leaving a bloodbath
In search of nightwalkers strong
Weapons swinging deadly along

In below, among the bookcases
There foes attacked with furious faces.
Dealt with ease, deeper down,
Talk of wrestling they used to clown

Soon their quarry they did meet
Fearsome nightwalker quickly beat.
Along the way shadelord served
Loyalty as any guard unreserved.

Their goal met, they came back
Wisp drunk, drow split for haystack
Mages stayed to chat and play
While artistry the maid displayed.

Thus ends our tale of a small outing here
Thank you for lending me your ear.
