A Formal Complaint: Savol

Guard Savol, since meeting me for the first time, has repeatedly gone out of his way to harass me, and abuse his position of authority to enact 'justice' as fueled by a petty grudge stemming from an incident that occurred years ago.

The incident in question was when I, Rena Leisner, was speaking with a guard in the barracks to offer testimony for an crime. Savol emerged from the jail cell to proudly proclaim that he killed and desecrated the corpse of a suspect in a separate case. He was scolded by myself, and his superior at the time, Elias Kalburn.

Since then, Savol's behavior toward myself has been increasingly hostile.  Recent events being interrupting a briefing on the bloodstone threat and declaring the information given to me by scholars as 'baseless' and 'a waste of time'; an outburst in the same meeting declaring me only doing this informational meeting for public support - and not because it is my duty as a Helmite; and an excessive fine for having wardings up while delivering a wanted individual to the guard while in the presence of individuals who had desire to enact their own street justice.

Savol is irrational, grudge-bearing, impartial, and abusive with the power he is granted to those he hates. I strongly ask that you reconsider his current position in the guard, preferably a demotion where he cannot cause any further injustice in the name of personal satisfaction.
