ANNOUNCEMENT - THE SHARPS: CONDITIONAL RETURN TO SIBAYAD

People of Sibayad, and citizens of the Sharps,

In the wake of recent violence and the closing of our gates, we make the following announcement after talks held between Sibayad's council and Ghorak Steelhorn of the Host of the Two Kings, claimant to leadership within Andunor.

This notice is contingent upon Ghorak Steelhorn's victory and rule as Tyrant of the Sharps.

Upon such confirmation,

1) RESTORATION OF PASSAGE

Citizens of the Sharps will again be permitted to enter Sibayad - provided they come in peace, respect our laws, and do not threaten our people.

2) RESTORATION OF TRADE

Sibayad will reopen trade with the Sharps as a trade partner once more, and will work toward stability and prosperity between our districts.

3) EVENTS

The Sharps may again partake in Sibayadi events - including the upcoming Grand Tournament.

4) EXCEPTION: THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ASSAULT

This restoration will not apply to those responsible for the recent cowardly assault upon Sibayad, nor to any who shelter them or act on their behalf. These parties remain unwelcome and will be removed if found within Sibayadi territory:

Drogan (posthumously)
Gorblock
Millicent Wright
Blair
Iymriia
Rathmar Vhett

In addition, Caledreth, Malina Goldilocks, Violet Ashenbourne, Sebastian Ryker and Ulvric Wolfhide and any member of the Warborn will continue to be unwelcome here as well.
