ANNOUNCEMENT - THE SHARPS: CEASEFIRE UPDATE

People of Sibayad, and citizens of the Sharps,

This notice is posted as an update to our prior announcement, penned after talks with Ghorak Steelhorn. With Sharps leadership now decided, that conditional return stands as written.

Separately - and to honour Sibayad's pledged reply to the terms delivered by Rathmar Vhett while acting Tyrant and leader of the Warborn - we set the following on the public record.

1) CEASEFIRE

Sibayad seeks no war with the Sharps. Hostilities between our settlements are now at an end. Sharps citizens are once again welcome - provided they come in peace, respect our people and laws, and do not threaten our city.

2) REPARATIONS

Rathmar Vhett spoke against the assault and agreed to reparations for the Warborn incursion and the disruption it caused. Sibayad has received 1,000,000 gold in reparations accordingly.

3) BANISHMENTS

No exile or pariah measures are lifted for those responsible for the assault.

Rathmar Vhett is excepted: in recognition of his role as acting Tyrant and leader of the Warborn in delivering terms and seeking de-escalation, Sibayad has lifted his intended banishment.
