To my People and those of Arelith at large,

With satisfaction, I announce the death of Siegfried, the Kinslayer.
Brother to the late Chancellor Adimien Crane and the murderer responsible for his untimely demise.

Siegfried had been spotted in both Myon and Guldorand, where he recklessly challenged passersby to duels.
His actions culminated in a taunting message directed at Joaquin de Exupery, prompting the intervention of Kiton Norwood.
Together, they tracked down and eliminated Siegfried, providing me with undeniable proof of his death.

Let this event bring closure to the Crane family, to Adimien's closest companions, and to the people of Cordor.
May it also serve as a reminder that, in the end, good always prevails.

The paper's adorned with the sigil of the Kingdom of Cordor, on dried wax.

Lord Vice-Chancellor Alastair Montgomery,
Lord Chancellor
