I find it perplexing to see opinions presented with such self-assurance, as though they bear intrinsic weight beyond your own circles.
While Cordor values freedom of expression, it does not condone the misuse of this liberty to sow division and alienate allies.

You style yourselves as Avatars of Nature and Guardians of Balance, yet your actions suggest otherwise.
By withholding aid from unaffiliated and innocent civilians, you risk appearing more like opportunists than the protectors you claim to be.
Such behavior is reminiscent of political maneuvering, where assistance is withheld to gain leverage rather than serve the greater good.

I have read your declarations and cannot help but notice the underlying intent: leveraging your resources to extract apologies or concessions for perceived slights.
In doing so, you compromise your duty, allowing harm to befall innocents while you wait for Cordor to make overtures.
Labeling this neglect as "Divine Punishment" rings hollow; no just deity would punish the innocent for the actions of the guilty.

While I respect the ideals you claim to uphold, I cannot condone the methods you employ.
A cooperative approach was all that was required. Had you reached out to the Court Nobility at large or even my Office, we might have found common ground and addressed the problem swiftly.
Instead, I had to learn through other means that an innocent halfling was killed by a Derlson affiliate? a tragic event you failed to report while focusing on internal grievances.

Your inaction and miscommunication nearly escalated an already dire situation.
Were it not for the intervention of others more committed to the common good, the consequences could have been catastrophic.

I write this with sincere disappointment.
If you wish to engage in constructive dialogue and work toward meaningful solutions, you will find Cordor willing to collaborate.
However, let me be clear: this impasse is not sustainable, and further neglect of your responsibilities will only deepen the divide.

Finally, be aware that external forces are exploiting this discord for their own gain.
The ritual in question was arcane, not druidic, and the true culprit remains at large.

Let us not allow misunderstandings to distract us from this greater threat.
I encourage representatives of other Cities reading this, to ensure your lands remain protected for the foreseeable future.
