Regarding the painting: you are afforded two paths and the courtesy of choosing between them.

The first is simple. Transfer one point five million gold pieces to the account registered under the name: The Benevolent Hand.

Upon confirmation, the painting will be returned intact and restored to its former place upon your walls.

The second is more involved, and perhaps more valuable. You may grant Adelyn Belle'rose safe and unhindered access to your home, and extend full cooperation to her inquiries concerning the past of Arelith.

This includes honest answers to all questions posed, as well as the provision of complete copies of any books, records, or manuscripts in your possession, or held within your house and the archives therein, that she deems relevant.

Be advised. Any attempt to conceal information, omit material, alter records, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of what is provided will render this option void. In such a case, I will retain the painting without further negotiation.
