Exile Decree of the Council of Sibayad: Nieri Aetherforge

Let it be known by word and record that Nieri Aetherforge, formerly Paladin of Gond, long-standing citizen of Sibayad, former Viceroy of Welfare, Architect of Clarity, Captain of the Clockwork Aegis, and officer of the Merchant Marine, has been judged guilty of repeated acts of treason against the Desert Jewel.

The Council of Sibayad presents the following findings:

o That Nieri Aetherforge, having volunteered to de-escalate rising tensions with the Sharps District of Andunor, instead wilfully exacerbated those tensions. She has confessed to doing so for personal motives and has attempted to justify these actions through claims of righteous authority.

o That she knowingly spread false accounts of the actions and intentions of the Sibayadi Council to external parties, thereby provoking further discord.

o That she was lawfully sentenced for treason and assigned reparations, which she has failed to deliver on repeatedly.

o That she manipulated the resignation of her post as Cordor's Minister of Trade in a manner that sowed tension between Cordor and Sibayad, while concealing her Pact with the Forge Prince, Tymphal to Cordor and Sibayad both.

By these deeds, and by further actions still unfolding, the Council judges Nieri Aetherforge a present threat to Sibayad and its people.

Therefore, by authority of the Sibayad Council, Nieri Aetherforge is declared an Exile of Sibayad. She is forbidden entry to Sibayadi lands and holdings, and denied access to all Sibayadi naval vessels, until such a time as trust is fully restored and reparations are rendered to the satisfaction of all wronged parties.
