How Horses Came to Arelith

This book was written by Amadeo Pneuma in the year AR 149. It tells the ending result of the Crown Crisis and how horses came to Arelith.

Horses are not indigenous to the island of Arelith. They have no known predators on Arelith, outside of the Minmir giant tribes that have only recently begun incorporating horsemeat into their diets.

The introduction of Horses was a result of the Crown Crisis, when the Crown of Horns found its way to the island. When the Crown was finally recovered, a decision needed to be made regarding what was to be done with it. The elves of Evermeet offered to take the Crown. In return, Bramble Woods Ranger Jan Korab requested that the elves repay the island with horses. The elves of Evermeet agreed with this request, and introduced wild horses into the Minmir region.

All wild horses on Arelith are descendants from the same stock that was brought over from Evermeet in the AR 80s-90s.
