Good Business,

After a lengthy discussion with the vampire, MAIRIBETA BETHIRAE, the Inquisitor BARBATUS and myself, Eternal Flame RIVORNDIR, are content that she may indeed be a victim, as she expresses, rather than a predator.

She claims to only sustain herself upon livestock, and those who fall before her in writ-work. The Inquisitor, who is not oft a man of mercy, believed her worthy of it after her story, and also her claim that she would willingly walk upon the pyre if he constructed such. The Dame, by test, offered her a vial of animal blood as we conversed, which she drank like a child who hated the taste of their medicine.

As such, I have had her swear Oath upon her God - Ilmater, of the Rack - that she will continue to sustain herself ONLY upon animals, and those evil cretins she encounters in writ-work. Caratacus, Dame ALYSSIA, and myself have born witness to it. She has given us her full name, and a sizeable lock of her hair to act as catalyst for scrying. She has promised to leave the city and not return, unless summoned or in pressing business. The Inquisitor will be seeking out his compatriot, the famed Vampire Hunter STRATLACE, for further discussions and decision-making.

As such, I would encourage all -not- to strike her down on sight. Should you desire more information, seek out myself, the Inquisitor, or the Vampire Hunter once he has been informed. Should she fail in her Oath, the Church of Kossuth will strike her down with righteous zeal, and toss her upon the Divine Pyre to render naught but ash in punishment.
