On this date in the one-hundred and eighty fourth year Arelith Reckoning, it is confirmed in the presence of the God almighty, Bane, that Dreadmaster Verta Sataa has withdrawn from the seat of the Dreadmaster, the throne passing to his heir apparent, First Knight Richard Webber, in recognition of his ability to lead during wartime and ensuring the security of the seat of Bane?s power here on Arelith. This transfer of power is effective immediately and is ordained by High Imperceptor Fzoul Chembryl.
The outbound Dreadmaster, Verta Sataa, is hereby appointed as Dread Senechal to the Dreadmaster. As Dread Senechal, Verta Sataa will act as the senior judicial steward within the Banefaith and Keep, ensuring that all within operate within the standards, rulings, and definitions of the Iron Laws, aided in this by the High Priest, so that in all that we do, we keep to Lord Bane's expectations. Additionally, the Dread Senechal will act as the advisor to the Dreadmaster, and the regent should one be required in times of emergency.
Furthermore, the inbound Dreadmaster confirms the ascension of Zargoth the Learned to High Priest, and Tom Reid the Unyielding to First Knight.
The inbound Dreadmaster, Richard Webber, reaffirms the current appointments of all members of the senior leadership council:
