Lilah is 'NOT' to be hunted as a heretic until the end of her three year appeal window.

If she does not see the error of her ways by the end of the allotted time, then you may hunt her as a heretic, Fearful.

Until then, if she is encountered, I would advise not interacting with her unless it is necessary.

Obviously if she disrespects the WILL of the Lord and attempts to claim an injustice done to her, well... I will leave it up to the discretion of the present Banite at the time.
