Unregistered vampires are prohibited within the township. Any individuals afflicted with vampirism are required to announce their presence to Council or Arbiter to apply for a permit approving their presence within Sibayad. Registry of vampires will be accessible to the public.

Vampires are forbidden from feeding within township unless blood comes from source of preserved vial of blood. Any live donor of blood will be considered victim of assault. Similarly, any enthrallment, hypnotism, or other forms of manipulating will of denizens in Sibayad, is considered assault.

Vampires are prohibited from entering private property or homes of any members of Sibayadi government.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Vampires are required to apply for permit within nine days (three trines) of first visit to town, or from initial posting of this notice. Any Council member or Arbiter of Enforcer rank or higher may be approached to be given this permit.

A sign detailing permit process for vampires, wild mages, and lycanthropes will be placed at town gate.
