Exile: Ulvric Wolfhide (aka. Fenris Duskwood)

A human male, lycanthrope, Ulvric Wolfhide, more commonly known as Fenris Duskwood, is hereby exiled from the domain of Sibayad.

He is found guilty to high crime of treason, by colluding with forces hostile to Sibayad government. Maintaining relationships with enemies of said government, and acting in support of their libel and slander. This refers directly to coup of shadovar from last year: sharran devouts of house Loslansiran, as well their extended associates.

He enjoyed period of amnesty to integrate to community of Sibayad, but spent this time aiding participants of prior coup, and planning hostile action against foreign domains upon Arelith island.

He is not entitled to property, protection of law, or to enjoy welcome of Sibayad.
