Pariah: Eppi

Eppi, disciple of the Willing Whip, is hereby removed from her holdings within domain of Sibayad. She is declared to status of pariah; she is not protected by our law, nor is trade favorable towards her if she should visit here.

She have entered in compact with Sebastian Ryker, who partakes in conspiracies against the town of Sibayad. She is bound to him by pact of blood which was conducted willingly. She was punished by Minmir Congregation of the Black Hand internally for this deed, but Sibayad has our own concerns for her involvement locally due her allegiance to aforementioned party.

Pariah of Eppi will be lifted, in instance blood pact is broken, and its unmaking is fully vouched for and proven by the keepers of Iron Law of Minmir Keep.
