Cordor: Whitemountain Trading Contract

Initial payment: 300,000
Bonus payment: 25,000-50,000 offered intermittently

Expectations: The Whitemountain will be expected to serve as a reinforcing, bulking and scouting force on behalf of Cordor, responding to any legal requests by anyone able to give a lawful order.

Expectations: The Whitemountain will not be expected to handle any peacekeeping operations on their own or enforce the law by themselves, but merely assist any Eyes or any represenative of Cordor carrying out their various duties.

Reasonable man stipulation: Cordor and the Whitemountain will approach one another under the 'reasonable man' stipulation and this contract may have stipulations modified or adjusted verbally if witnesses are present.

Example: A reasonable man would not kill people for no reason.

Example: A reasonable man would not go out of his way to try and find reasons not to help his employer.

Example: A reasonable man will approach difficulties with his employer diplomatically and in the spirit of good faith before suddenly quitting or departing.

Example: A reasonable man with employees will give his employees warning in advance if they are to be fired or if changes that involve them happen at his work.

The chain of command in any crisis will be defined as this: Chancellor > Vice-Chancellor > Oculus > Minister of External Affairs > Knight-Commander > highest-ranking Eye available
