Vice-Chancellor's Assistant: Kisst Vallareen

The bearer of this document, Kisst Vallareen, is an official employee of the Magocracy of Cordor.

I have employed her to assist me with various affairs and she is entitled to free passage through Cordor and has all the rights of a Patrician.

Her responsibilities for me include accepting documentation to be delivered to me, scribing and other various labors and may, at times, be asked to deliver messages on my behalf.
