Lodestar Array Improvements

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Dimitrios and the Arcane Ministry, improvements have been made to the Lodestar Array.  These improvements allow for improved ranges which allow for fewer visible devices spread around the city as well as ones placed on the ramparts that can still see nearby areas.  

Despite the improvements, the overall system is far more taxing on me, so please excuse if I may require a break or two during longer meetings and public addresses.
