People of Sibayad,

News has reached me that Captain Krakscragger attacked Cordor last trine. I understand the city stood strong, but details of how the fight went have yet to cross my desk.

While it brings hope that Cordor survived the attack, it is a much larger city with greater resources. I call upon the Merchant League for aid to protect the city and ask all citizens to assist where possible.

Clergy, we need you help to hallow further areas of the city. I need people to collect wood so our carpenters can create Chevals. Bombards and barrels of Holy Water are already being distributed across the city as well. Prepare your spellbooks to deal with masses of undead.

I cannot tell you when he will strike or even where. Unlike Cordor, he has not announced the exact date of his intended arrival. I just know that he said Sibayad was the next target after Cordor. This makes preparations much harder. I recommend that everyone is on constant alert and prepared for an attack. Do not play the sole hero, do not create confusion with miscommunication. Communication will come from the council of Sibayad and selected Arbiters only. Any and all focus of Sibayad's defence should be ON THE CITY AND ITS PEOPLE.

Be ready, be prepared. Sibayad will stand strong, no matter what he throws at us. And more importantly, we stand together.

For Sibayad. For Prosperity. For Peace.

Vizier.
