Illithid "Think Tank" Located - Seeking Advice

I have come into possession of what I believe to be one of the illithid "think tanks" mentioned within the Princess May'riina's work about the Second Illithid War of Andunor. It was also mentioned in a decade old note on the public communications board in the Keep's lobby.

To my understanding, it is some kind of potential gateway that could be used for an invasion and that it is advisable that someone knowledgable take steps to see it disabled or disposed of. If anyone knows the necessary steps for such, please post here so I can find you or proceed with them myself.

I have carefully moved the tank to a secure location off the Prime for the time being. I will let it be for a handful of cycles. If no one is able to assist in a timely manner, I will take the step May'riina mentioned in her decade old note and simply have it destroyed.

I will leave another message or remove this one once the situation has been resolved.
