By Decree of Lord Vetinari
1.0: For the remainder of this Council term, Tomar Zavarri is no longer recognised a member of Lord Vetinari's Advisory Council.
1.1: Furthermore, he is exiled from Cordor Proper.
1.2: The current Councillors, Ayin Savvix-Urhun Zrask Mesmer, and Lily Rivendare are the remaining two Councillors. They will not be joined by a third this term.
1.3: A re-election will not take place. Citizens may call for an election at the alloted time at the end of the term. This is a decision from Lord Vetinari, or his Personal Advisors and Scribes, not a Council decision.
Tomar Zavarri, once-Councillor, betrayed Cordor by getting elected, stealing all of the treasury's gold under false pretenses, and fleeing to the Abyssal Doom Fortress. This leaves us at a financial disadvantage. The Cordorian Guard among others are currently putting together plans to get the gold back and bring Tomar to justice. As I informally mentioned during my speech at The Nomad's "Down With Tomar" free drink evening, taxes will be temporarily raised.
1.0: Taxes are currently at 20.0%, up from 15.0% to combat the lack of funding after Tomar's theft. - Signed, with apologies but optimistic outlook, Councillor, Archmage & Khazark Ayin Mesmer, 46 AR
