To all members of the Radiant Heart Auxilliary,

The group known as 'The Syndicate', a recent up and coming band of Mercenaries and responsible for the dismantling of the Andunorian Navy & The Black Lash, have seem to set their sights onto followers of The Broken God. 

What their sudden interest is in Ilmateri or their objective is currently unknown. After recent attacks on the Surface by some in this group or affiliated to this group, I caution everyone to remain on their guard and ensure that all members of the Radiant Heart take up arms together should this group attack one of its members. 

They are skilled mercenaries who work together very effectively and should not be underestimated.

<br>+ Artorak (Full name of Syndicate is Artorak's Syndicate, implying this Duergar is their actual leader but is rarely seem)
