The Dwarven people have left their last insult upon our people and have been met with obvious force. Their desecration with slaying our kindred, leaving their heads on display in front of their city has been put at an end after their leader refused such services. Through the insulting desecration we are given one focus. War.

Through such, meet all Dwarven eyes with suspicion. Should battle begin, show them no mercy as you will obviously not be shown any as well. Their blood shall fall upon the land, a mark of their misdeeds, and we shall remain victorious, to retain the honor they have thrown away. Together, we stand ready, blades sharp, arrows ready, magics at our beck and call. Sword shall meet axe. Arrow shall meet shield. Magic shall meet Steel as we fight to right their damage to our people. Never hinder, never waver, and never fall behind.

We shall make them regret their actions and beg for forgiveness or they shall be met, killed to even the last one if necessary. Therefore, with this declaration shall we fight. Our forces are to meet with theirs and our borders are to be secure of their kind. Treaties shall only be listened at our whim and never in our lands. Never falter, dear brothers and sisters. Never waver. Together, we are Tel'Quessir.
