Levistus, Prince of Stygia, Lord of the Fifth (Hereinafter referred to as 'Sponsor')

Recipient wishes to engage Sponsor to provide him with infernal powers. Recipient's prime intention regarding the use of these powers is to kill the gnoll known as Tanrukk Ashcrook, thereby freeing Recipient from enslavement at Tanrukk's hand (the 'Act'). Sponsor wishes to accept the engagement to provide Recipient with infernal powers to perform the Act. Now therefore, the parties involved do hereby mutually agree as follows:

1.1   Recipient accepts that any designated assignees of Sponsor may act in His stead, performing such services as communicating with Recipient, the delivery of infernal powers, and even in the negotiation and signing of this Agreement.

2.1   Recipient agrees that he will pay for all powers he purchases through this Agreement, and that Sponsor may charge his status of divine grace for any powers purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with his immortal soul. Recipient is responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing Sponsor with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.

2.2   Recipient's total fee is his immortal soul (and associated services) to Sponsor plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the plane of existence and the sales tax rate in effect at the time Recipient signs the Agreement. Sponsor will charge tax only in dimensions and/or planes of existence where spiritual goods are taxable.

2.3   Prices for powers offered via the Agreement may change at any time, and the Agreement does not provide price protection or refunds except in the event of technical problems on Sponsor's end. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of Recipient's powers, Recipient's exclusive and sole remedy is either a replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by Sponsor.

2.4   Recipient expressly agrees that his use of, or inability to use, infernal powers is at his sole risk. In no case shall Sponsor, His assignees, directors, officers, employees, greater and lesser devils, affiliates, fallen angels, agents, cults, contractors, covens or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from Recipient's use of any of the powers or for any other claim related in any way to his use of powers.

2.5   All sales and rentals of powers are final.

3.1   As a registered user of services from the lower planes of torment and despair, Recipient assigns knowledge of his True Name to Sponsor. Sponsor assumes responsibility for the safeguarding of Recipient's True Name, accepting that He is beholden not to reveal it to anyone under any conditions. Sponsor agrees that Recipient's True Name will only be used to maintain the provisions of this Agreement.

3.2   Should Recipient's True Name be learned by third parties via means outside of Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor will not be held responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of Recipient's True Name.

4.1   When Recipient opts in to this infernal contract, Sponsor will, from time to time, collect information that can be used to identify sins, such as wanton destruction of property, murder, greed, slander, bearing false witness and act of violence against celestial powers. This information will be stored anonymously and will not be associated with Recipient's True Name.

4.2   At all times, Recipient's information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Nine Hells.

'''INFERNAL AVAILABILITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY'''

5.1   Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Sponsor and His licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any powers, content, or other materials comprising a part of the infernal contract at any time without notice. In no event will Sponsor be liable for making these changes. Sponsor may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of this contract, in any case and without notice or liability.

5.2   The Nine Hells, Baator, infernal script, diabolic sigils, and other Hellish trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with this contract are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Nine Hells.

'''TERMINATION'''

6.1   Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the infernal contract (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to Recipient for any reason. Sponsor will not be liable to Recipient or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

'''ENTIRE AGREEMENT'''

7.1   This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and no modification, amendment or waiver of any of the provisions of it shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties to it.

7.2   This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the parties to it and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.

7.3   This Agreement shall not be binding until it has been signed by both parties in blood.
